Beautiful canal front home with 2500sf roof top deck and ocean views. The magnificent Bay Manor awaits you & yours for your next beach vacation, wedding, or other special event. This single-family, keyless canal front and ocean view house sleeps thirty people! There are seven and a half bathrooms, eight bedrooms, and multiple beds: two kings, three twin trundle beds, three queens, a twin-over-double bunk, and four full beds. The home boasts a private swimming pool, a shared boat ramp, private deep water boat dock, two kitchens with 3 refrigerators, 3 stove tops, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 3 dishwashers, free standing ice maker, and a rooftop hot tub. There are also 2 sets of washers & dryers. Take the elevator up to the 2500 square-foot rooftop deck where you may entertain your friends and family, stare into the waves of the ocean, or soak your bones in the hot tub while you gaze at the waters of the sound. The deck also has ample seating, a bar area, & vast views of the ocean. Sip your morning coffee while you watch the sun rise, or rest after a day of wonder on Topsail Island. A short drive will take you to local mom-and-pop shops, fresh produce and seafood stands, restaurants, and bars and breweries, some with live music and karaoke. There are also three piers on the island where you may bump elbows with the locals and reel in your own catch-of-the-day, or maybe you will catch a few Black Drum from the private dock. Go back to the house and choose one of the two kitchens to cook up dinner. Have a quiet night in for a family game night, sip wine on the rooftop while the day ends, or turn in early to binge-watch your favorite show.
