In-House Maintenance Coordination
We have a collective mountain of experience and relationships developed over the last 20 years. We are able to coordinate your maintenance needs through trusted local area vendors or by using your designated vendors. Whether it be HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, painting, landscaping, lawncare, appliance work, housekeeping, or linens - we have all the relationships that you need to maintain your home in tip top shape.
Property Inspections
Every home is inspected at every turn. Using digital real time reporting we are able to respond to reports of damage, maintenance issues, or housekeeping challenges. Our inspectors/housekeepers report on the condition of the home upon arrival, report damage or maintenance issues, and attest to the cleanliness of the property at the conclusion of the property preparations. Time stamped pictures confirm the work completed. And should there be some issue, every reservation carries damage insurance which can help restore your property to last week's glory.
Smart Home Technology
We equip every Coastal Premier home with smart home technology to ensure that your guests have a seamless entry and exit. Smart home technology allows us to identify who is coming and going and provide easy access to your trusted vendors and associates - all remotely.
